You have 14 calendar days to request a return of a product.

Contacting us is very simple, so if you require a return, you must write an e-mail to informacion@perfumeriavirtual.com, indicating in the title, RETURN and the order number. Please express the reason for the return and illustrate with photographs (see protocol).  We remind you that the product must arrive in the same condition as it was received, i.e. it must be unopened, inside its original packaging and seal, unless it is a defective product, in which case you must inform us within 72 hours of receipt.

Some exceptions cannot be accepted in return, such as those related to personal care, health and hygiene, as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, are not accepted for reasons of hygiene, returns of products related to Personal Care, Health and Hygiene. For the same reason, the product you wish to return must be unopened, inside its original packaging and seal.

Are there any costs?

If you have received a defective product, of course you will not have to assume the cost. We will pick it up and replace it free of charge.

If the cause has been a change of mind and the product is consequently unopened, inside its original packaging and seal, you only have to pay the price of the service, ie: 4.95 €.

What protocol should I follow?

When we receive the product in the warehouse, we will review the incident and even contact the manufacturer in case of doubt.

What happens if Perfumeriavirtual.com is wrong?

As human beings, we can make mistakes and apologize in advance. If you receive a product that does not correspond with your purchase, you must tell us within 72 hours of receipt.

Of course, we assume the cost of collection.
